摘要
积极心理健康教育是在继承和整合积极心理健康、积极心理治疗、积极心理学、积极教育诸方面思想和实践的基础上,而形成的以积极和发展为取向,有目的、有计划地增进学生和国民心理健康的理论和实践体系。积极心理健康教育就是根据教育对象的生理、心理发展特点,以人的向善性为价值取向,运用积极的内容、方法和手段,从正面发展和培养个体的积极心理品质,防治各种心理问题,促进个体身心全面和谐发展的教育活动。创建具有中国特色、中国气派的积极心理健康教育体系必须扎根于中国优秀的传统文化。积极心理健康教育在继承和借鉴经典心理健康教育模式的经验和发展趋势的基础上构建起自己的基本体系。
Positive mental health education is the theoretical and practical system based on inheriting and integrating the ideology and practice such as positive mental health, positive mental treatment, positive psychology and positive edu cation, oriented by activeness and development so as to strengthen the mental health of students and national people purposefully and designedly. Positive mental health education is the education activities to develop and cultivate individuals' positive mental quality from the active side, avoid various mental problems and promote individuals' physical and mental overall harmonious development according to the physical and mental development characteristics of education objects, with the value orientation of human's tendency to be good by positive contents, method and means. In order to create positive mental health educational system with Chinese characteristics and Chinese style, we must take root in Chinese excellent traditional culture. Positive mental health education should construct its own basic system based on inheriting and.learning from the experience and development trend of classic mental education mode.
