摘要
定义品种标准化主成分间的欧氏平方距离为遗传距离,采用类平均法对不同地理来源的96份小麦种质资源进行了聚类分析。结果表明,当阈值为16.0时,供试的96份资源可划分为5个类群,表明地理分布对小麦种质遗传差异有一定的影响,但两者并不存在必然联系。认为冬小麦杂交亲本应在遗传距离较大的类群间进行选择。
The Euclidean square distances between standardized principal components of varieties were defined as genetic distances in this paper. Group average method was used for cluster analysis of 96 wheat varieties from different geographic regions. When the threshold value was 16.0, they were divided into 5 groups. It showed that the geographic distribution was responsible to the genetic diversity of wheat germplasm, but no clear relation was found between them. It was supposed that crossing patents should be chosen from the groups with larger genetic distance.
