摘要
鲁烟白猪是利用我国优良品种烟台黑猪与国外引进的长白猪杂交育成的优质瘦肉猪新品种。本试验以鲁烟白猪为研究对象,对雌激素受体基因(ESR)、卵泡刺激素β亚基基因(FSHβ)和催乳素受体基因(PRLR)等候选基因、抗断奶仔猪腹泻和水肿病的候选基因α岩藻糖转移酶基因(FUTⅠ)和影响猪肉嫩度的候选基因钙蛋白酶抑素基因(CAST)等进行多态性检测,为探讨在鲁烟白种猪核心群中利用分子标记辅助选择(MAS)的方法进一步提高该培育猪种繁殖力、抗病力和猪肉品质打下基础。
Luyan White Pig is a new breed of lean type pig, which was bred with Chinese fine breed, Yantai Black Pig, and exotic Landrance. In the study, the polymorphisms of the candidate genes of reproductive traits (ESR, FSHβ and PRLR), disease resistance (FUT I ) and meat quality (CAST) were detected. The study will profit the further studies of using marker assisted selection (MAS) to improve the reproductive traits, disease resistance and meat quality in Luyan White Pigs.
