Photosynthetic and Physiological Characteristics of Sweet Maize and Glutinous Maize at Later Growing Stage

在大田条件下对甜、糯玉米生育后期的叶片光合生理特性进行了研究。结果表明,不同玉米类型的叶片平均光合速率和不同叶位叶片光合速率存在类型间差异,这种差异在不同生育时期达到显著或极显著水平。糯玉米叶片比甜玉米叶片具有明显的光合优势。

The photosynthetic and physiological characteristics of sweet maize and glutinous maize were studied using four different varieties at the later growing stage in the field. The results showed that the photosynthetic rate （Pn） of glutinous maize was significantly higher than that of sweet maize at different growing stages. Further analysis indicated that there was also abvious difference between their chlorophyll contents in leaves.
