摘要
利用果胶酶,将山楂中的果胶完全分解后,再进行黄酮的提取、分离、纯化及含量分析测定,结果表明:山楂果肉粉末总黄酮含量达7.0%~7.5%.这与当前常用的方法获得的结果差异显著,而且显色稳定性和重复性良好,在60min以内稳定性相对偏差<5%,平均回收率104.6%.
Deals with the influence of enzymolysis over the extraction and content anaysis offlavones in Hawthorn, The pectin in pulp decomposed bypectolase completely,and then extracted by ethanol andpurified by polycaprolactam,flavones produced colour withaluminium-nitrate that was quantitated by measurement of theabsorbance at 510nm. The result shows that: the content offlavones in dried pulp of Hawthorn is between 70%~75%,it shows striking difference with the result gained from thecurrent method.The stabilization and duplication are goodwithin sixty minutes. The precision(RSD%)is less than 5%,The recovery is 1046%.
