The Interaction between Political Person's Modernization and Political Order's Modification

政治人的现代化与政治秩序调适之间存在着一种相互促进、相得益彰的良性互动关系。政治人的现代化对政治秩序调适具有基础性意义,政治秩序调适规定了政治人的现代化的方向与内容。转型期中国政治秩序调适的主体培育应以先进政治文化为导向,以合法有序的政治参与为现实途径,以适宜的政治社会化方法为保障。

There exists a kind of positive interactive relation between political person＇s modernization and political order＇s modification .The modernization of political person plays fundamental role in the process of modification of political order. Political order＇s modification stipulates the contents and direction of political person＇s modernization. When it comes to the problem of how to cultivate political persons in China＇s transitional period, we should cultivate them with advanced political culture, with lawful political participation and proper political-socializing methods.
