脉压指数与高血压患者颈动脉内中膜厚度的相关性分析

Analysis of the relativity between pulse pressure index and carotid intima-media thickness in patients with hypertension

目的:探讨脉压指数与高血压患者颈动脉内中膜厚度的相关性。方法:入选120例高血压病患者,根据其脉压指数分为两组,测定两组颈动脉内中膜厚度。结果:脉压指数>0.40组颈动脉内中膜厚度为(1.25±0.03)mm,脉压指数<0.40组为(0.97±0.03),两者差异有显著性,P<0.05。结论:脉压指数与高血压患者靶器官损害密切相关。

Objective：To explore the relativity between pulse pressure index and carotid intima-media thickness in patients with hypertension. Methods： 120 eases were divided into 2 groups by the pulse pressure index,then we measured their carotid intima-media thickness.Results：The earotid intima-media thiekness was （1.25±0.03）mm in the PPI≥0.40 group,another was （0.97±0.03）mm,both groups had obvious differenee（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The pulse pressure index was relative to the damage of the hypertensive target organ.
