丙泊酚复合瑞芬太尼在宫颈锥切术中的应用分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探讨不同血浆靶控浓度丙泊酚复合瑞芬太尼在宫颈锥切术中应用效果。方法:行宫颈锥切术病人120例随机分为(R1,R2,P0组)即丙泊酚3.0、2.0、1.5μg/ml复合瑞芬太尼0、0.5、1.0ng/ml组。监测无创血压、脉搏和脉搏血氧饱和度,分别记录病人意识消失和恢复时间,并记录术中体动情况和术后主观感觉评分。结果:R2,P0组恢复时间明显短于R1组。R1,R2组主观感觉评分明显优于P0组。结论:丙泊酚与瑞芬太尼合用具有协同作用。以血浆靶控浓度丙泊酚2.0μg/ml复合瑞芬太尼0.5ng/ml效果最佳。 Objective:To investigate the effect of target-controlled infusion (TCI) of propofol combined with remifentanil in various doses in painless cervical conization.Methods: 120 ASA Ⅰ -Ⅲ patients aged 21-53 years undergoing the painless cervical conization were randomly divided into three groups, namely R1, R2 and P0 group.They received propofol in a fixed target plasma concentration of 3.0,2.0 or 1.5 0,g/m1 combined with remifentanil in 0,0.5 or 1.0 ng/ml respectively.MAP,HR,ECG and SpO2 were monitored during anesthesia. The unconsciousness time(TLOC) and recovery time of consciousness(TROC) in all groups after administration were recorded respectively, and Ramaay score and subjective emotional experience score were also recorded.Results:TROC was significantly shorter in groups R2 and P0 than in group R1 ,the subjective emotional experience score was better in groups R1 and R2 than in group P0.Conclusion:Propo- fol combined with remifentanil possesses a synergetic effect in cervical conization,the target plasma propofol concentration of 2.0 0,g/ml combined with remifentanil 0.5 ng/ml is optimal.
