63例肱骨髁间骨折临床分析

Effect of surgical treatment for comminuted humeral intercondylar fractures

目的:探讨肱骨髁间粉碎骨折手术治疗的效果。方法:对63例不同类型肱骨髁间粉碎骨折患者采用手术治疗,平均随访34个月(14～63个月),采用3种不同的评分系统进行功能评价。结果:经鹰嘴入路、钢板固定技术适应证广、功能恢复满意。结论:经鹰嘴入路和钢板固定技术应作为肱骨髁间粉碎骨折的首选治疗方案,损伤的严重程度、手术方式的选择、术后功能锻炼的方法和患者的配合程度对术后功能恢复至关重要。

Objective：To study the effeett of comminnted fractures of humeral intercondyle treated by operation. Methods：63 patients with comminuted fractures of humeral intercondyle treated by operation with variable approaches and variable fixations were followed by averaged 34.0 months （14～63 months）,functional results were evaluated with three rating systems.Results：The function resume after trans olecranon approach and plate fixation technique were satisfactiary with broad indications.Conclusion：Trans oleeranon approach with plate fixation is recommended to be the best choice to treat comminuted fractures of humeral intercondyle.The severity of the initial trauma, operative scheme, post operative functional training and patients＇cooperation are the most important elements for pest operafive functional recovery.
