靶向DNA特异性B细胞在系统性红斑狼疮中的治疗研究进展

摘要 系统性红斑狼疮(SLE)主要是由多克隆自身反应性B细胞介导的自身免疫性疾病。其直接的致病因子是多克隆自身抗体。并以免疫复合物的形式造成多种组织器官损伤。SLE患者普遍性的特点是其血清中存在多种自身抗体。其中。抗双链DNA抗体不仅具有诊断学价值。而且是导致皮肤黏膜、关节和肾脏疾病的主要致病性抗体^[1,2]。作为抗双链DNA抗体来源的DNA特异性B细胞,在发病中扮演关键角色^[3]。
