摘要
文中着重介绍了旋转轮盘中高温弹塑应变—应力测量的基本原理、测试方案、主要技术环节的处理以及测试数据处理与误差分析等内容。提出了轮盘进入塑性状态的鉴别方法、在塑性状态下求出割线模量和横向变形系数的方法等。测量精度较为满意。为工程应用、理论分析提供了具有实用价值的测试技术和参考依据。
The philosophy、the measurement scheme、the essential technological data treatment and the error analysis in the measurement of elastoplastic strains and stresses at median and high temperatures are considered in this paper.The method for identification of plastic state of the disk,as well as the approach to obtaining the secant module and transverse deformation coefficient are presented.The accuracy of the measurements is quite sufficient.The useful measuring and testing technique as well as reference data are provided for the engineering utilization and theoretical analysis.
