摘要
文章分析了当前医院管理工作存在的一些主要问题,探索性提出医院管理新模式,强调坚持科学发展,打造医院综合服务能力的几点设想:人才队伍培养、医院管理信息化、强化医疗质量建设、正确处理医疗纠纷,以及构建以创新为核心的医院文化。
The paper analyses some problems in current hospital management, and proposes a new model of hospital management for promoting development in a scientific way, including increasing overall service strength of hospitals by developing human resources, promoting information management, intensifing medical quality control, handling correctly medical disputes. It also addresses constructing hospital culture with innovation as the core.
