基于应收票据管理的物流金融模式研究——NRF-LC物流金融模式

Research of Logistics Financing Model Based on Notes Receivable Management:NRF-LC Model

本文以加速中小型物流企业的资金周转和费用结算为研究目标,提出了一种基于应收票据管理的物流金融创新模式(NRF-LC服务模式),设计了该融资模式的结构和关键流程,分析了相应的利益相关者的角色作用,并将NRF-LC物流金融模式与成熟的仓单质押模式做了比较。本文对上海某家物流企业的融资过程进行了分析并指出NRF-LC模式较直接贷款模式更适合中小型物流企业解决融资难题。本文的研究是物流金融模式创新的尝试,为物流与资金流的整合运营提供了可行的方案,可以有效地提升物流业务利益相关者的综合经济效益。

With the purpose of accelerating small and medium-sized logistics enterprises （SMLEs）＇ working capital turnover and expense settlement, this paper proposes an innovative Logistics Financing model based on notes receivable management （NRF-LC Model）, works out the framework and core processes, analyses the role of stakeholders in the system, and makes a comparison between NRF-LC and Warehouse Receipts Financing. This paper is an attempt of business innovation in Logistics Financing and provides a sensible solution for the integrative operation of logistics and financing service, which can improve the stakeholders＇ profit effectively.
