摘要 通过考察苯乙烯马来酸酐交替共聚物(SMA)乙酯化过程中催化剂的选择及用量、反应时间和反应温度对酯化度的影响,得出适宜反应条件如下:丁酮为溶剂,三乙胺用量为酸酐摩尔量的15%~20%,在80℃下反应8h。不同酯化度的SMA乙酯化产物具有不同的pH敏感性能,该性能与人体的肠胃条件相符,用作肠溶包衣材料可以满足小肠不同部位的给药,具有很好的应用前景。 This study evaluated the effect to degree of esterification of the react conditions which including the catalysts, the amount of catalysts, the reacting time and temperature, the results indicated that the optimum reaction condition was as follows: MEK as the solvent,TEA as the catalyst with amount of 15% - 20%, the reaction time was 8 h, reaction temperature of 80 ℃. SMA-ethanol with different degree of esterification had different pH-sensitive values;such polymers can be dissolved in different parts of the small intestine,which have a good perspective in the application of drug delivery system.
