摘要
研究了环氧菜籽油的性质及其在聚氯乙烯中的应用。以活性炭固载磷钨酸为催化剂,采用无溶剂一步法环氧化工艺制得环氧菜籽油,此方法催化剂用量小且可回收,产品环氧值达4.8%以上。研究结果表明,环氧菜籽油起始分解温度高达310℃以上,使得PVC的热稳定时间由85 min提高到150 min。PVC的力学性能提高很多,撕裂强度提高达50%以上。环氧菜籽油的作用效果与环氧大豆油相当甚至更好些,可作为聚氯乙烯优良的增塑剂兼稳定剂。
Properties of epoxy rape oil and the application in poly (vinyl chloride) (PVC) are studied. The epoxy rape oil was solventless synthesized by using phosphotungstic acid supported on activated carbon as catalyst. The reaction need little recycle catalyst and the epoxy value of the product up to 4.8%. Results shows that:the initial decomposition temperature of epoxy rape oil is high more than 310 ℃ ,and makes the thermal stability time of PVC increased from 85 min to 150 min. And the mechanical properties of PVC were greatly improved, the tear strength were increased by more than 50%. The effect of epoxy rape oil is as good as even better than that of epoxy soybean oil. The epoxy rape oil can be used as good plasticizer and stabilizer for PVC.
