摘要
用乙醇提取桑叶中的黄酮类物质,采用正交实验考察了回流提取时间、提取次数、乙醇浓度、料液比等因素对提取率的影响。结果表明,提取的最佳工艺条件是:回流提取时间1.5 h,提取3次,乙醇浓度80%,料液比(质量比)1∶30,其提取率可达0.723%。
Flavones was extracted from mulberry leaf by alcohol. The element of extraction time, concentration of alcohol and etc was studied by orthogonal experiment. The experiment result shows that the extraction rate was 0.723% when the optimal extraction conditions are that：extraction time 1.5 h, extract for three times,ethanol concentration 80% and 1：30 of materials ratio.
