摘要
以FeCl3和硅酸钠溶液为主要原料,在不同碱化度、不同硅铁体积比的条件下制备出一系列聚铁硅絮凝剂。通过对印染废水的处理实验,选择出碱化度为1.0,Si/Fe体积比为1∶30时,有较好的絮凝效果。用Ferron逐时络合比色法做出聚铁硅絮凝剂的形态分布,分析了Fe(Ⅲ)的形态分布特征以及各因素对形态分布的影响程度。同时验证了絮凝剂在实验和理论上的絮凝条件是一致的,得出聚铁硅絮凝剂的最佳工艺条件为碱化度为1.0,Si/Fe体积比为1∶30。
Using FeC13 and sodium silicate as the main raw materials, a series of polyferric silicate flocculants with the different basicities and the silicon-ferric volume ratio are produced. The better flocculation condition of PFCS which is basicities 1.0, Si/Fe = 1 : 30 is obtained by experiment of treating the printing wastewater. The species distribution of PFCS is made by Ferron timed complex colorimetric method. The paper has analyzed Fe ( Ⅲ) species distribution characteristic and various factors to the species distribution' s influence. Simultaneously,it is confirmed that the flocculants in the experiment and the theoretical flocculation condition is consistent, best craft condition of PFCS is basicities 1.0 ,Si/Fe is 1:30.
