摘要
以悬浮率、筛析、分散性、热贮稳定性为标准,通过对不同润湿分散剂、增稠剂、防冻剂的配方筛选,得到60%丙环唑.三环唑悬浮剂。最佳制剂配方为:丙环唑15.0%,三环唑45.0%,EPE 4.5%,乳化剂2000 1.5%,黄原胶0.15%,抗冻剂乙二醇3.0%,消泡剂正辛醇0.5%,水69.35%,采用湿法研磨,该产品悬浮率≥90%,分散性良好,热贮稳定性合格。
The text introduced the consisting and preparation method of SC for 60% propiconazol-tricyclazole. According to the standard of suspension rate（ ≥90% ）, screen analysis, dispersity, heat storage stability,we have carried out the screening tests recipes of 60% propiconazol · tricyclazole using different wetting dispersant, thickening agent and antifreeze. The composition consists of propiconazol 15.0%, trieyclazole 45.0%, EPE 4.5%, emulsifier 2000 1.5%, thickening agent 0.15%, antifreeze 3.0%, defoamer 0.5% and water 69.35% were determined. The experimental results of the products showed that suspension rate was over 90%, good dispersity and eligible heat storage stability.
