摘要 介绍了一种新的种子贮藏蛋白分离与品种鉴定技术———高效毛细管电泳的原理、特点及其在小麦、水稻、燕麦等作物贮藏蛋白分离与品种鉴定中的应用现状及发展前景。 his paper has introduced the principles and characteristics of a new technique for seed storage protein separation and varietal identification with high performance capillary electrophoresis(HPCE). Many studies have shown that HPCE is capable of rapiddly and automatically separating cereal storage proteins with high resolution, and results are easily quantified. Furthermore, It is much safer and only using very small amounts of organic solvents and buffer. Recent investigations have indicated that HPCE has much potential for Separating storage proteins and identifying varieties in wheat, oat, rice and other cereal crops.
