摘要
用0.04%的秋水仙素水溶液对3份二倍体水稻材料的种芽进行同源四倍体诱导处理,结果表明,在35±1℃条件下处理72h比较适宜;在种子露白时进行诱导处理只能使胚芽鞘明显膨大而不能从其后代中筛选到四倍体材料;先行预处理,使胚芽鞘伸长到2.0cm左右时再用秋水仙素对种芽进行诱导处理则能从其后代中筛选到四倍体材料。
he buds of the three varieties of the diploid rice(2n=2x=24) were treated with the concentration 0.04% of colchicine solution.The results showed that the better induced way was 72 hours at 35±1℃. The seeds were induced with colchicine when they germinated, there were no tetraploidy plants, the embryonic sheathes only expanded. However, while the pretreated embryonic sheathes growed up to 2.0cm,inducing them with colchicine, the tetraploidy plants could be found in their progenies.
