参附汤对移植小鼠造血干细胞表面CD_(44)及CD_(62)L的影响 被引量:1

Effect of Ginseng and Aconiti Praeparatae Decoction on the expressions of CD_(44) and CD_(62)L on surface of hematopoietic stem cells in transplanted mice

摘要 目的观察参附汤对移植小鼠造血干细胞表面CD44及L-选择素(CD62L)的影响。方法造血干细胞移植后小鼠随机分为参附组、凉血解毒组和空白组,采用流式细胞技术检测骨髓单个核细胞的sca-1+细胞表面黏附分子CD44及CD62L的表达率。结果参附汤组第3、7、14天CD44和CD62L的表达水平明显高于其他两组。结论提高造血干细胞表面CD44及CD62L的表达水平可能为参附汤促进造血干细胞归巢的机制之一。 Objective To observe the effect of Ginseng and Aconiti Decoction on the expressions of CD44 and CD62 L on surface of hematopoietic stem cells in transplanted mice. Methods Hematopoietic stem cells of Balb/c fluorescence mice with GFP genetic transfection were transplanted to common Balb/c mice. After transplantation the donor mice were divided into Ginseng and Aconiti Decoction group, cooling blood and detoxication soup group and blank group. The expressions of CD, and CD62L on bone marrow mononuc|ear ceils which were expressed sca-1 were detected with flow cytometry. Results The expressions of CD44 and CD62 L in Ginseng and Aconiti Decoction group were much higher than that in the other two groups. Conclusion To promote the adhesion of hematopoietic stem cells by elevating the expressions of adhe- sion molecules CD44 and CD62L may be one of mechanisms that Ginseng and Aconiti Decoction can promote homing of hem- atopoietic stem cells in transplanted mice.
