HLA-DQB1* 03基因与宫颈上皮内瘤样病变及宫颈癌的相关性研究 被引量:3

摘要 采用酚—氯仿—异戊醇法从宫颈上皮内瘤样病变(CIN)、宫颈癌患者及正常对照者的外周静脉血提取DNA,采取序列特异性引物的聚合酶链式反应法分离人白细扁抗原(HLA)-DQB1*03基因各亚型。发现DQB1*0301、0302、0303亚型的频率在CIN、宫颈癌组较正常组明显增高;在CIN组和宫颈癌组内,DQB1*0301、0303亚型的频率较高。认为HLA-DQB1*03基因亚型与CIN及宫颈癌的发生有关。
