摘要
基于文献综述,本文提出了企业组织学习结构包含团队导向、系统导向、学习导向、记忆导向、外部导向、支持导向6个维度。对问卷调查获取的数据,进行了探索性因子分析和验证性因子分析。结果表明,企业组织学习六维度结构得到实证支持,与理论假设基本一致。
Based on literatures, enterprises' organizational learning structure includes six dimensions. That is, team orientation, system orientation, learning orientation, memory orientation, external orientation, as well as support orientation. In terms of the data acquired from the questionnaire, the article also undertakes exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis. As the result reveals, the six-dimension structure of organizational learning has been positively testified, which is almost the same as the theoretical presumption.
