摘要
在15~35℃内,探索温度对生物淋滤浸出废旧MH/Ni电池中重金属效果的影响。试验结果表明,温度越高,体系pH下降及SO24-浓度上升的速率越快,电极材料中重金属Ni和Co的浸出率也相应提高。在35℃条件下,Ni的浸出率为98.0%,Co的浸出率为77.9%。
Series of bioleaching experiments were conducted to determine the effects of temperature (15-35℃ ) on the release of heavy metals from spent MH/Ni batteries. Using acclimated mixed culture bacteria, bioleaching at a higher temperature resulted in faster rates of pH reduction, sulfur oxidation (SO4^2- production), and metal releases (Ni and Co). The leaching rate of Ni and Co were 98.0% and 77.9%, respectively, at 35 ℃.
