摘要
针对电脑横机花型准备系统数据结构设计的问题,提出了一种新的花型数据结构,通过该花型准备系统可以实现复杂花型设计。花型准备系统作为嵌入式电脑横机的重要组成部分,为用户提供图形化的花型设计界面,提取并处理图形衣片中的加工信息,并编译生成花型描述文件。花型准备系统生成的两个花型描述文件通过以太网或USB接口传输到电脑横机控制系统中,由控制系统完成衣片编织,详细地描述了花型准备系统采用的数据结构和软件架构。
To solve the problem of data structure design in pattern preparation system of computerized flat knitting machine, a novel pattern data structure was introduced. Complex pattern can be designed through the pattern preparation system. As an important part of embedded computerized flat knitting machine, pattern preparation system provides graphical interface for user, extracts and processes the machining information of graphical clothes, compiles it into two pattern description files. Through Ethernet or USB interface, the two files were stored in embedded control system, and clothes were knitted completely by control system. Data structure and software structure of the pattern preparation system were deserlbed in detail.
