摘要
针对注塑机料筒温度控制的要求和PID控制器的不足,设计了一种基于BP神经网络的PID控制器。该控制器将神经网络和PID控制技术相结合,能无限地逼近非线性系统,具有收敛快的优点。提出了基于BP神经网络的PID控制算法和程序流程。仿真结果表明,BP神经网络PID控制器能有效地缩短过渡过程,具有较好的稳定性和快速响应性,可以满足注塑机料筒的温度控制要求。
Aiming at PID temperature controller based on BP neural network, the advantages of neural network and PID control technology were combined into the controller. Control calculation and program flow were presented. Simulation results show that the PID temperature controller based on BP neural network can reduce transition process effectively and can satisfy the requirement of temperature control based on its high stability and excellent tracking performance.
