碳化硅混料装置的控制系统设计

摘要 介绍了一套碳化硅粉料混合装置的控制系统。给出了系统的基本构成、电脑配料仪的硬件组成和控制程序模块,阐述了自制D/A的工作原理,该自制D/A利用系统中已有的8155芯片计数器作F/V转换,省去了专用D/A。实践运行表明,该系统配料速度快,精度高,抗干扰能力强,并具有实时报表处理、仓库管理等功能。 The design principle of a new auto-measuring burden system for mixing SiC powder was introduced. The system's constitution, the hardware of the microcomputer burdening unit, the module of controlling program were given. And the method of using IC 8155 counter as the D/A conversion for F/V parameters was described. The results show that the system has the abilities of quick burden, high mixing precision, good resisting disturbance, and of dealing with real-time report forms.
