高效液相色谱法测定四溴双酚A-双(2,3-二溴)丙醚

Determination of TBBPA-bis in Plastic Products by PLC-DAD

采用高效液相色谱法测定塑料产品中的溴系阻燃剂：四溴双酚A-双（2，3-二溴）丙醚（TBBPA-bis）。样品经索氏提取后，经C18色谱柱分离，乙腈和水以95：5（ν/ν）的比例混合作为淋洗液，220nm波长检测。该方法的线性范围为0.1～10.0ng/μL（r=0.9998） 检出限为0.04ng/μL 加标回收率为83.7％，相对标准偏差为3.8％（n=6）。该方法能准确、简便、灵敏的检测塑料产品中的溴系阻燃剂四溴双酚A-双（2，3-二溴）丙醚（TBBPA-bis），满足欧盟指令关于溴系阻燃剂的检测限量要求。

Tetrabromobisphenol-A-2,3-dibromopropylether （TBBPA-bis） is one of the common brominated flame-retardant. A HPLC method for the detection of TBBPA-bis was established and reported in this paper. After extraction, the components were separated on a Cl8 column, eluated with a mobile phase of acetonitrile/water （95 ： 5, v ： v）, and detected at 220 nm using a DAD detector, Linearity of the calibration curve was in the range of 0.1-10.0 ng/μL（ r= 0. 9998）. The detection limit was 0.04 ng/μL. The recovery was 83.70%,and the RSD was 3.8% （n= 6）. The method meets the requirements of the Europeaa Direction, and has been applied to real sample analysis.
