摘要
采用高效液相色谱法测定塑料产品中的溴系阻燃剂:四溴双酚A-双(2,3-二溴)丙醚(TBBPA-bis)。样品经索氏提取后,经C18色谱柱分离,乙腈和水以95:5(ν/ν)的比例混合作为淋洗液,220nm波长检测。该方法的线性范围为0.1~10.0ng/μL(r=0.9998) 检出限为0.04ng/μL 加标回收率为83.7%,相对标准偏差为3.8%(n=6)。该方法能准确、简便、灵敏的检测塑料产品中的溴系阻燃剂四溴双酚A-双(2,3-二溴)丙醚(TBBPA-bis),满足欧盟指令关于溴系阻燃剂的检测限量要求。
Tetrabromobisphenol-A-2,3-dibromopropylether (TBBPA-bis) is one of the common brominated flame-retardant. A HPLC method for the detection of TBBPA-bis was established and reported in this paper. After extraction, the components were separated on a Cl8 column, eluated with a mobile phase of acetonitrile/water (95 : 5, v : v), and detected at 220 nm using a DAD detector, Linearity of the calibration curve was in the range of 0.1-10.0 ng/μL( r= 0. 9998). The detection limit was 0.04 ng/μL. The recovery was 83.70%,and the RSD was 3.8% (n= 6). The method meets the requirements of the Europeaa Direction, and has been applied to real sample analysis.
