摘要
介绍了一种基于可控电流源实现高精度高细分步进电动机细分驱动的方法,该方法是在已有驱动技术的基础之上,用精密可控电流源进行细分驱动,采用实验法和最小二乘法相结合进行电流修正,从而补偿了步进电动机励磁曲线的非线性,提高了单步细分运行的精度。实测结果证明该细分方法具有细分线性好、无积累误差、转动噪声小的优点,特别适用于要求微位移的控制系统中。
In this paper,a new method of subdivision driving technique with high accuracy and high resolution based on controllable current source was introduced. Correcting the current through winding with combing two ways of experimentation and least squares method, this method increased the accuracy of subdivision driving. The experimental results indicated the subdivision driving technique can satisfy the micro - motion system, featuring highly linear division,no propagation error and low noise.
