摘要
针对应用于轻型电动轮的无刷直流电动机的低转矩脉动的要求,提出了一种低成本、高可靠、简单易实现的换相转矩脉动控制方法。该方法依照不同电机转速控制换相过程PWM占空比,进而控制关断相电流和开通相电流在换相过程中的变化率,保持非换相相电流在换相过程中基本恒定,通过减小无刷直流电动机换相电流脉动来减小或消除换相转矩脉动。理论分析和实验验证了该方法的可行性,并已广泛应用于轻型电动车辆领域。
A kind of simple reliable cheap controlling method for torque ripple to meet the request of low torque ripple of brushless DC motor for the light EV was presented. The method controlled the rate of shutting current and rate of the opening current and kept the no - commutating current in const by the way of controlling the PWM duty of commutating process, so as to decrease torque ripple of brushless DC motor. Analyzing and experiment approved that the method was viable and had been widely used in light EV.
