污垢对换热器[火用]传递性能的影响 被引量:3

摘要 通过导出结垢前后换热器传热单元数之间的关系,并引入传火用有效度的概念,对考虑污垢时的换热器火用传递性能进行了分析,讨论了洁净状态下的传热单元数和冷热流体热容量比对结垢前后换热器的火用传递性能的影响。讨论结果表明,污垢对不同流型换热器火用传递性能的影响不同。 Through derivation of relationship between the number of heat transfer units before and after fouling in the heat exchanger, and introducing the concept of exergy transfer effectiveness, the exergy transfer performance of heat exchanger in the event of considering fouling has heen analysed,the influence of heat transfer unit number under clean condition and heat capacity ratio of cold and hot flows upon the exergy transfer performance in heat exchanger before and after fouling heing discussed. Results show that the influence of fouling upon exergy transfer performance in heat exchanger of different flow pattern is different.
