摘要
介绍了某发电厂超临界600 MW机组直流锅炉运用等离子点火技术直接起动磨煤机投粉,采用一阶段降压吹管工艺对锅炉进行吹管的情况。同时,对吹管过程中产生的问题及应注意的事项进行了分析和说明。点火时锅炉不熄火,起动炉水循环泵运行。实践证明,对超临界机组直流锅炉采用等离子点火直接起动磨煤机投粉降压法吹管,过热器、再热器吹管系数可达1.3以上,效果良好。
Single - stage pressure - reducing pipe - blowing technology adopted for once - through boiler of supercritical 600 MW unit in one power plant usng plasma ignition technology and directly starting up the coal pulverizer to inject pulverized coal into the furnace has been presented,at the same time,the problems occurred in the pipe- blowing process and matters needing to pay attention being analysed and explained. At the time of ignition, the boiler isn't flame -out,and the circulating pump of boiler water being started up for operation. Practice shows that the pressure - reducing pipe - blowing technology adopted for once - through boiler of supercritical unit using plasma ignition and directly starting up the coal pulverizer can make the pipe - blowing coefficient of superheater and reheater to be above # 1 - 3, having good effectiveness.
