摘要 介绍了在气体辅助注射成型中熔体预注射量、气体注射压力、注射延迟时间等工艺参数对塑料制品成型的影响,将试验结果与用Moldflow软件模拟结果进行分析比较,为实际生产中更好地应用CAE模拟软件提供参考和借鉴。 The influence of technological parameters of air-assisted injection moulding, such as the pre-injecfion volume of melt material, the injection pressure of air, the injection delay time, on the forming of plastic products were presented. The experimental result was compared with the simulation result of CAE software Moldflow, which will help to better use the simulation software.
