摘要
以汽车灯泡定位架成形工艺为例,结合材料的塑性成形和金属冷作硬化的特点,分析了定位架的成形难点及用多工位级进模成形应采取的工艺措施。设计的模具结构简单,保证了零件尺寸和形状精度,生产效率高,对同类零件的生产具有参考价值。
An analysis was made on the difficulty in forming a location frame part of bulb in auto- mobile in terms of the characteristic of plastic forming and cold working hardening of metals. A multi-position progressive die was developed and the forming process was set up. The die is simplified in structure and efficient in manufacturing the precision part.
