摘要
对电器接插件进行了冲压工艺分析,根据零件的形状和生产要求,制定了模具设计方案,论述了制造该电器接插件多工位级进模设计的全过程,着重介绍了卷圆、翻孔和弯曲的成形方式以及模具结构的设计。
The stamping process for an electric socket connector was analyzed. The design scheme was determined based on the characteristic of the part and the production requirement. A multi-position progressive die for shaping the connector was developed in which the operation covers rolling, flanging and bending.
