摘要
分析了接插件引线脚的成形工艺,介绍了冲压零件的排样设计及凸模刃口外形的分割方式,确定了多工位级进模的总体结构。模具包括冲裁、弯曲、整形、冷镦、压印等多道成形工序,模具结构设计合理,自动化程度高,可为类似零件的模具设计提供参考。
The forming process for a socket connector pin was analyzed. A multi-position progressive die was developed; and the layout design and division way of punch cutting edge were determined. The general structure of the die consists of several forming procedures, which cover blanking, bending, sizing, cold heading and coining.
