卫生瓷锆乳浊釉面针孔缺陷解决办法的探讨

主要从施釉工艺方面探讨如何减少卫生瓷锆乳浊釉釉面针孔缺陷。通过扫描电镜图片进行分析得出以下结论:施釉工艺对釉面效果有一定的影响;采用二次施釉工艺(底釉、面釉为组成相同但比重不同的釉浆)釉面针孔较一次施釉工艺明显减少,并且白度增加;采用化妆土做底釉的施釉工艺釉面效果较一次施釉工艺好,且化妆土的配方和比重都对釉面效果有影响。

This paper is mainly to discuss the pinholes in Zr-opalescent glaze for sanitaryware from glaze application technology. By analyzing SEM photographs, it concludes that： the glaze application has some influence on the glaze; the pinholes in the surface glazed twice （the base and surface glaze have the same composition but in varied proportion） are fewer than in the surface glazed once and the whiteness of the twice glazed is higher; the twice glazed surface using engobe as the base is better than the once glazed and the formulation and proportion of engobe can make a difference to the effect of the glazing surface.
