款冬花挥发油的提取及其在卷烟中的应用

On volatile oil extraction from tussilago farfara and its application in cigarette flavoring

采用同时蒸馏萃取法制备了款冬花挥发油,平均提取率为1.94%,对其进行GC-MS分析,检测出33种化合物,鉴定出19种,主要成分为β-红没药烯、7,10,13-十六三烯醛、β-荜澄茄油烯、双环吉玛烯和δ-杜松烯等.单料烟加香试验表明:款冬花挥发油可改善单料烟的香气,增加烟香,提高香气品质,改善余味,掩盖杂气,减少刺激性.

The average extration yield of volatile oil in tussilago farfara was extracted with simultaneous distillation and extraction was about 1.94%. The results show that 33 kinds of compounds were detected and 19 kinds of aroma components were identified by GC/MS. The major aroma components are β- bisabolene,7,10,13 - hexadecatrienal ,β- cubebene, bicyclogermacrene and 8 - cadinene. The sensory evaluation indicates that the oil can obviously enhance flavors, improve after taste, mask offensive taste and reduce irritancy.
