摘要
以嵌入式中央控制器为核心,采用ARMLinux操作系统,结合荧光检测、步进电机控制、恒温控制设计了化学发光免疫定量测定仪.实际应用表明:该系统可以实现化学发光免疫物从注入到测量结果输出全过程的自动化控制和仪器远程操作,运行稳定,成本低,可广泛应用于医疗、生物技术及其他相关领域.
One chemiluminescent fluorescence immunoassay quantified detection system is proposed. Adopting ARMLinux operation system, it includes embedded control system, fluorescence detection system, motion control system and constant temperature control system. Practice has proven that the automation of the whole process is realized and it can be remotely operated, the equipment can work stable and it can be widespreadly used in medical, biotechnology, and other related scientific fields with its low cost.
