摘要
以Dynaform板料成形软件为研究平台,探索高压筒体三通口在成型过程中压边力、筒体椭圆口的大小及短长轴半径比的理想值.根据数值模拟分析得到满足三通口技术要求的最优拉深工艺参数和模具结构参数组合为:压边力380 kN,虚拟冲压速度1000 mm/s(相当于实际冲压速度的10倍),凸凹膜间隙0.85 mm,短长轴半径比0.7.该结果可以为模具设计提供参考.
By using the Dynaform software, parameters such as binder force, oval hole dimension and the ratio of oral hole long axis to the short axis which influence the forming quality severely are studied. The high pressure tube tee joint ideal parameters are obtained by simulations. And the optimum parameter combination ,which was found in the numerical simulation and accorded with forming technical demands, for drawing the tube tee join and die structure of the tube tee join is blank holder force 380 kN, virtual stamp speed 1 000 mm/s( relative to 10 times of real stamp speed) ,gap between die and punch 0.85 mm and the ratio of oral hole long axis to the short axis 0.7. It is useful to die design.
