原生质体融合技术在遗传学、动植物远缘杂交育种、生物学、免疫学、兽医学以及医药、食品、农业等方面都有广泛的应用价值,文章就原生质体制备、再生及其融合过程中的影响因素做了综述,另外还对原生质体融合方法和融合子的筛选方法进行了比较,为选择适宜有效的诱导融合方法和筛选方法提供依据。

Protoplast fusion technology was applied widely in genetics, animal breeding and plants distant hybridization, biology, immunology and medicine, foodstuff, agriculture, and other aspects. This artical summarized the impact factors on process of protoplast preparation, regeneration and fusion, compared the protoplast fusion methods, the fusion of screening methods for the selection of appropriate and effective methods and induced fusion screening methods.
