摘要
对生产中造成钢坯翻皮缺陷突然增加的主要原因——钢渣进行了分析研究。用X射线荧光分析测定钢渣化学成分,用SSZ振摆式筛砂机测试钢渣的粒度。同时检查了钢渣的配比,并对检查结果进行了分析。结果表明:减少钢渣中Fe2O3的含量,使钢渣的粒度0.186mm大于90%,采用干燥的钢渣能有效地减少钢锭翻皮缺陷的产生。
The slags which cause skull patch of steel ingot to increase sharply was investigated. The chemistry component of slag was analyzed by X-ray fluorescence, the granularity of slag was tested by SSZ vibratory and sway sand screener , and the ingredient of slag was analyzed as well. The results show that decrease in the fraction of Fe2O3 in slag,over 90 percent of particles 0. 186 mm in diameter, and dry slag can decrease skull patch effectively.
