摘要
用析氢法研究了Mn含量对高阻尼Mg-Ni合金在3.5%NaCl溶液中腐蚀速率的影响,并利用光学显微镜、SEM、EDS和动电位扫描法对Mn元素对Mg-Ni合金耐蚀性的影响机理进行了分析。结果表明:Mn元素的加入可降低Mg-Ni合金的腐蚀速率,其主要原因是固溶于α-Mg中的Mn提高了Mg的电极电位。
The corrosion rate of high damping Mg-Ni alloys with different additions of Mn in the 3.5 % NaCI solution was measured by hydrogen evolution testing. Mechanism of Mn on the corrosion resistance of Mg-Ni alloys was analyzed by optical microscope, SEM, EDS and potentiodynamic polarization method. The results show that the addition of Mn can reduce the corrosion rate of Mg-Ni alloys, which is attributed to the increase of the electrode potential of Mg due to the addition of Mn.
