NdF_3精炼处理对含Nd镁合金中Nd含量的影响

摘要 采用RJ-2熔剂中添加NdF3为混合精炼剂,对含Nd的AZ91D镁合金进行精炼处理。结果表明:熔剂中添加NdF3,较高的精炼温度有助于降低Nd损耗;合金中Nd含量随熔剂中NdF3增多而增大;镁合金晶粒得到细化,稀土相分布均匀。在760℃,加入合金质量2%的含20%NdF3的RJ-2熔剂精炼,可将合金中Nd损耗量从25.7%降低到2.86%。添加的NdF3与溶剂中的MgCl2和液态Mg反应生成的NdCl3和Nd,起到了降低原合金中Nd损耗的作用。 Nd containing AZ91D alloy was refined using the compound refining agent of RJ-2 flux and NdF3. The experimental results show that NdF3 addition in RJ-2 flux can reduce the weight loss of Nd in refining process of Nd containing AZ91D alloy at higher temperature. The content of Nd increases in magnesium alloy with the increase of NdF3 addition. The magnesium alloy is refined by the addition of NdF3 and the Nd-containing phase is distributed uniformly as well. The loss ratio of Nd in magnesium alloy decreases from 25.7% to 2.86% when the 2% RJ-2 flux containing 20% NdF3 is added in refining process of magnesium alloy at 760 "(3. The reaction between NdCI3 and MgCI2 and molten magenism results in the formation of NdF3 and MgCI2, thus reduces the Nd loss of Nd containing AZ91D alloy in refining process.
