摘要
综述连铸坯表面振痕的研究成果,从传热和受力两方面对振痕的影响因素进行了归纳和总结。结果表明:随着拉坯速度的提高,对保护渣的物化性能、一冷水的冷却速度等工艺参数的优化,可以实现连铸过程的正常进行,并获得较高表面质量的连铸坯。电磁连铸技术通过电磁力来减轻振痕,可进一步的实现对连铸坯表面质量的控制。
The present paper reviewed the research on the oscillation marks on the surface of the billets, summarized and analyzed the different factors affecting the oscillation marks in the fields of heat transfer and force. With increase in the casting speed, the optimization of the technology parameters, such as the properties of the mold flux and the first cooling-water velocity, can realize the process of continuous casting to run smoothly and obtain the billets with better surface quality. The electromagnetic continuous casting technology can alleviate the oscillation marks by Lorentz force and further control the surface quality of billets.
