摘要
应用计算流体动力学软件Polyflow,采用非牛顿黏性体本构模型——幂率模型,结合广义的Navier滑移边界条件,优化分析了新型橡胶密封条挤出机头流道中储料模腔的结构,并通过比较橡胶玻璃导槽密封条口模的流体挤出速度分布的均匀性判断储料模腔结构的合理性,从而优化出所需要的挤出流道结构;此外,也比较了挤出口型的摆放形式对挤出速度均匀性的影响。结果表明,采用计算机辅助工程模拟技术来优化设计流道及口模结构是可行的。
The flow of rubber melt in the flow channel was simulated with Polyflow software; Non-Newton viscous Power-law model and General Navire's slip model were used in the simulation. The structure of melt-storing mould was optimized by comparing the uniformity of distribution of extruding outlet velocity of a rubber sealing strip; Further more, the influence of the laying form of the extrusion die shape of sealing strip on the uniformity was analyzed. The results showed that it is feasible to design extrusion die and flow channel with computer aided engheering simulation technology.
