摘要
为适应燕化（集团）公司整体发展的需要，燕化石油化工股份有限公司化工一厂ＨＤＰＥ装置将考虑在不作大改动的前提下，使ＨＤＰＥ产量达到最大，从而使燕化（集团）公司获得更大的经济效益。本文仅对该厂ＨＤＰＥ装置运行现状进行分析，找出制约扩大生产能力的关键所在，并对干燥机的撤热及干燥效果进行了初步核算与分析，从而提出单线产量由１０ｔ／ｈ提高到１１．５ｔ／ｈ时的改造方案。
The HDPE plant of chemical works No.1 will be considered to maximum the output presupposing that the HDPE plant is not revamped much.The main problems that stricted the production have been found out by analysis of the operation of the plant.The effect of heat removing and drying for the dryer has been checked and calculated primarily.An innovation program for increasing one line output from 10t/h to 11.5t/h is put forward.
