提高管线钢管焊接质量的措施

Method of Improving the Welding Quality of Steel Pipe in Pipeline

摘要 介绍了在某管线钢管生产中,为了提高焊接质量而采取的4种措施,并详细说明了具体的实施方法。这些措施包括:提高内焊焊接电流的输出能力,采用焊缝自动跟踪装置,加装外焊电流显示装置,改进内焊送丝机构。实施结果证明,钢管的焊接质量得到明显的提高。 This article introduces 4 methods in order to improve the welding quality aiming at production of certain pipeline,and gives the details of practical plan. These methods includes:increasing the out-put ability of internal welding current,adopting weld seam automatic tracking device,adding the display equipment of outside welding current,improving wire feeding machine of inside welding.The result shows that welding quality of steel pipe is improved obviously.
