含腐蚀缺陷燃气管道极限载荷的有限元分析 被引量:2

摘要 利用有限元弹塑性分析方法,对含腐蚀缺陷的燃气管道进行了非线性分析,研究了腐蚀缺陷的长度、宽度和深度对燃气管道极限载荷的影响。并和含腐蚀缺陷管道的全尺寸爆破试验结果以及美国机械工程师学会标准ASMEB31G计算的结果进行对比,证明采用有限元方法分析腐蚀缺陷管道的可行性。 Systematic nonlinear analysis is carried out on fuel gas pipelines with corrosion defects by means of elastic-plastic finite element analysis method,effects of corrosion length,corrosion depth and corrosion width on limit load are also analyzed.In comparison with burst test results of full size pipeline with corrosion defects and calculation results as per ASME B31G results,it is proven that the finite element method is feasible to analyze pipeline with corrosion defects.
