摘要
确定聚合过程中影响超高分子量聚乙烯７０００Ｆ产品物性的聚合温度、聚合压力、聚合氢气／乙烯比等主要工艺参数，通过在北京燕化石油化工股份有限公司化工一厂低压聚乙烯装置上工业应用，首次在国内成功生产了７０００Ｆ新牌号，并改进了专利商提供的生产工艺技术。
The major process parameters in polymerization process that effct VHM polyethylene 7000F properties such as ploymerization temperature pressure and hydrogen/ethylene ratio are determined.The new product 7000F was produced successfully in chemical works No.1 by use of the process improved.
